About the role

  • You will be responsible for creating second-life battery systems that will be deployed in renewable energy projects across North America!

Responsibilities

  • Building electro-mechanical sub-assemblies to integrate into the final product.
  • Supporting electrical builds and soldering of PCBs and wire harnesses.
  • From the workshop to the field, we maintain the highest standards for our batteries in testing manufacturing and deployment, and daily operations.

Requirements

  • Today, Moment Energy delivers 5x the energy density and holds the certifications required to deploy energy independence at scale.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Today, we're delivering 5x the energy density and have all the certifications needed to ship energy independence to the world.

Skills

  • Previous hands-on experience in the assembly process of mechanical and/ or electrical components manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of hand-tools, with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and stand for long periods of time.
  • Understanding of workplace safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
