Apollo Insurance Solutions Group ("ISG") is seeking an Associate to join its Middle Office Operations team in El Segundo.

Support end-to-end trade lifecycle management across fixed income, structured products, alternatives, repurchase agreements, bank loans, CLOs, equities, and primary market transactions
Perform daily holdings and cash reconciliations between custodians and internal investment accounting systems; investigate and resolve breaks in partnership with Accounting
Manage collateral processing activities, including margin calls, substitutions, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assist with portfolio rebalancing support, account onboarding, and asset setup within internal systems
Execute and document SOC-1 and SOX control procedures; support internal and external audit requests
Maintain accurate runbooks and procedural documentation to support a controlled and repeatable operating environment
Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

3-6+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or insurance asset management operations
Proficiency with systems and tools such as Bloomberg, Excel (advanced functions), CTM, DTCC Alert, SWIFT, VBA, or SQL

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
