About the role
- Deeply understand customer needs (clinicians, administrators, patients) through interviews, shadowing, usage data, and feedback loops; act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Work at a high tempo - run quick experiments, ship incrementally, measure impact, and pivot decisively based on data and user input.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to balance clinical safety, regulatory considerations (HIPAA, FDA where applicable), technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and problem validation to MVP launch, iteration, scaling, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Proven track record in high-growth or startup environments using Agile/Lean methodologies to ship products rapidly; possesses the technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment.
- Combines customer centricity and user research to solve complex clinician pain points, using excellent storytelling to align stakeholders and a bias for action to drive results in ambiguous environments.
- We hold that diversity is a key source of strength from which we will build a practice culture that is inclusive for all.
