WHOOP is hiring a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead execution across our Core Algorithm Development team.
In this role, you will partner closely with algorithm engineers, data scientists, firmware engineers, software teams, product management, and validation teams to deliver the physiological algorithms that power WHOOP's member experience.
You will drive cross-functional planning, execution, and delivery of complex algorithm programs while establishing scalable development processes that enable high-quality, predictable releases.

The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $215,000 Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
