About the role
- This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you will help transition technologies from laboratory research to pilot testing and ultimately commercial mining.
- You will work closely with R&D, technicians, metallurgists, and cross-functional teams to learn, contribute, and help improve our processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute pilot-scale experiments with guidance from senior engineers
- Develop and maintain key process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, and mass balances
- Support safe operations by following EHS procedures and assisting with hazard assessments, risk management, and management of change processes
Nice to have
- Experience analyzing data using Excel, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools is a plus
