About the role

  • This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you will help transition technologies from laboratory research to pilot testing and ultimately commercial mining.
  • You will work closely with R&D, technicians, metallurgists, and cross-functional teams to learn, contribute, and help improve our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute pilot-scale experiments with guidance from senior engineers
  • Develop and maintain key process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, and mass balances
  • Support safe operations by following EHS procedures and assisting with hazard assessments, risk management, and management of change processes

Nice to have

  • Experience analyzing data using Excel, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools is a plus
