About the role

Drive Pipeline & Negotiations: Target, pitch, and secure partnerships across vertical SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and fintech service providers in the U.S. market.
Commercial & Pipeline Rigor: Maintain pipeline discipline and manage Sales forecasts.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to streamline deal structures and ensure seamless partner activation.
Go-to-Market Development: Co-create messaging, enablement materials, and campaigns with Marketing and Growth that drive partnership acquisition and partner success.
Partner Onboarding & Activation: Work alongside internal teams to guide signed partners through technical integration, co-marketing launches, and ongoing relationship
Maintain pipeline discipline and manage Sales forecasts.
Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to streamline deal structures and ensure seamless partner activation.

Strong financial acumen, excellent verbal and written presentation skills (English required), and comfort engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Within our Partnerships organization at Pliant, On Target Earnings (OTE) represents a mix of annual base salary and performance-based variable compensation.
$90,000 - $122,500
Target Variable/Bonus: $40,000 - $52,500
Total OTE Range: $130,000 - $175,000 + Benefits
Final base salary and OTE offers are determined by factoring in geographic location, exact depth of relevant experience, and prior track record.
