Responsibilities
- Use Swoogo to create event websites, send invitations, and send fund launch letters and periodic updates
- Lead coordination of Fund webinars including scheduling, RSVP monitoring, set up and release of recordings to LPs
- Coordinate logistics for Limited Partner Advisory Board meetings, and special events, along with tracking of LP Advisory Board votes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and project management experience required
- 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative or department coordinator role, preferably within a financial services firm
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Ability to work independently on long term projects
- Monitor IR inbox and provide responses to emails as required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, highly-organized, self-starter with team-oriented mindset
- Ability to identify key areas of improvement in internal and external processes and implement updated procedures to streamline workflows and investor experience
Nice to have
- Experience in Salesforce and Swoogo preferred
Compensation
- Expected Annual Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000
- Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
- In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
- Help plan Annual Investor Meetings by assisting with meeting invitations, managing internal and LP RSVPs, name badges, queries on hotel reservations, and event app implementation.
