About the role

  • The position includes an endowed chair for a distinguished candidate with an exceptional record of research excellence and leadership in Information Systems and Business Analytics.
  • This is a full-time, 9-month appointment beginning August 16, 2027.
  • A later start date may also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • The position holder will demonstrate the ability to maintain an active, high-quality research program that contributes to leading journals in MIS and related fields, demonstrate effectiveness in teaching, provide leadership in advancing the department's research and academic reputation, and fulfill normal service expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in mentoring junior faculty and doctoral students
  • Experience as a full-time, tenure track or tenured faculty member
  • A record of effective teaching of ISBA-related courses
