We are looking for a few exceptional service-minded people to join our team as a Restaurant Manager.

Create weekly labor/revenue forecasts
Manage all staff payroll procedures
Maintain all beverage levels and manage ordering
Implement training program of service standards for all FOH servers
Implement training program for all beverage servers
Perform inventory of all alcohol products
Maintain a strong presence on the floor
Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues and average checks
Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
Develop daily shift meetings and strategies

Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurability standards
One year of casual service dining room supervision experience required
Must have Microsoft Office proficiency to include Excel, Word and Outlook
Must have good administrative and organizational skills
Must be minimum 18 years of age
Must be lift 35 lbs. and push and pull heavy items on a cart
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Computer literacy including POS system competency and Time Keeping competency, preferred

$58,000 - $73,000 per year
This salary range is a projected amount based on 12 months of employment; however, seasonal positions typically span 6 to 8 months.
Therefore, you will not receive the full annual salary in this timespan, but rather an amount corresponding to the duration of your employment.
