Responsibilities
- Business Support
- Business Enablement/Support
- Administrative Assistant provides routine administrative support within the SDS Centralized Admin Network (SCAN) service model, contributing to pooled support and executing tasks aligned with defined service levels and processes.
- The role delivers accurate, timely, and high-quality administrative support with professionalism, discretion, and effective communication while following established processes and service expectations.
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of administrative support services following SCAN service level expectations.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
- Supports team productivity through reliable execution of assigned tasks.
- Manages meeting scheduling, calendars, and related coordination for assigned teams.
- Coordinates meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, technology setup, and onsite, offsite, virtual, or hybrid event support following SCAN service standards.
- Prepares, formats, files, and manages documents and records.
Requirements
- High School/Secondary degree or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in administrative or office support is required.
- Up to 5% travel across U.S. sites is required.

- $52,500.00 - $84,525.00

Compensation
- Travels to other local sites, such as Raritan or Spring House, approximately 2-3 times per year to support town halls and other meetings as needed.
- $52,500.00 - $84,525.00
