- Assigns tasks to and coordinates with entry-level engineers, technicians or administrative staff.
- Assists in determining schedule and budget requirements.
- Required Skills & Required Experience BS in Civil Engineering (MS in Structural Engineering preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike Commission.
