About the role

The Clinic RN Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care while supporting a collaborative and efficient clinical environment.

Assign and prioritize work, manage clinic workflows, and provide clinical ops guidance throughout the day.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities for clinic staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care planning and participant outcomes.
Investigate operational or clinical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and readiness activities as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and internal partners regarding supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs.
Reliable means of transportation; ability to support home visits as needed.
Personal and professional development, including CME support and career growth opportunities

Valid RN licensure required.
2+ years of RN experience
Comfort managing a complex, multi-condition patient population with a high degree of clinical autonomy.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly across a multidisciplinary team.
Los Angeles required.
Ability to commute to Alhambra required.
background in geriatrics, long-term care, urgent care, home health, or a similar setting.
Experience with electronic health records
comfort learning new clinical technology tools.
Reliable means of transportation
ability to support home visits as needed.

1+ year of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred, given our participant population.
