About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Adult PHP program delivering high-quality group and individual psychotherapy using evidence informed approaches for patients experiencing acute and complex behavioral health needs.
The ideal candidate has advanced expertise in Evidence Based Practices including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Additionally, this candidate is collaborative, driven to continuously grow and refine programming, and innovate care delivery.

Maintains professional documentation which meets department and VUMC standards as it relates to compliance.
Maintains confidentiality and privilege in accordance with TN state codes and statutes
Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully delivering results without requiring support and instruction from others.
Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully delivering patient documentation services without requiring support and instruction from others.

Shows leadership and initiative in situations where supervision is not present or required.
Displays knowledge of common risk identification methods such as objectives-based, scenario-based, taxonomy-based and common-risk checking.

Demonstrates an enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and procedures to address short-term challenges.-
