About the role

C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a Senior External Communications Manager who will execute innovative and effective integrated communications efforts.

Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned to business objectives
Create clear, compelling messaging and high-impact, cross-channel content that drives awareness, engagement, and action across internal and external audiences
Lead complex communications initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective and timely execution
Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, optimize content, and improve audience engagement
Manage crisis and sensitive communications, ensuring thoughtful, timely responses that protect company reputation
Develop customer-centric narratives that highlight impact and strengthen connection to C.H. Robinson's value
Drive external communications efforts, including media relations, thought leadership, and content across PR, social, digital, and event channels

Minimum 4 years of communications experience and proven track record of successfully communicating to large audiences to inspire change and enhance engagement

Experience in technology or product marketing and/or public relations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-driven environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and time management skills
Effective collaborator across functions, levels, and teams
Promotes teamwork and contributes to a positive, collaborative culture
Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$77,200.00 - $122,300.00
