About the role

As a senior member of the Global Enablement & Strategic Projects team, this role designs, delivers, and manages cross-functional initiatives that support the business goals of the organization.
The incumbent leads the development and execution of enablement programs, oversees strategic projects, and partners with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
include managing the full lifecycle of projects, developing training curricula, and fostering an environment of open communication and continuous improvement.

Manage & Deliver Enablement Programs: Implement customized enablement and training programs for global distribution, leveraging technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic).
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal client groups, business divisions, and departments globally.
Training & Curriculum Development: Create role-based curricula, manage the development of instructional materials, and deliver live and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project and program effectiveness, create metrics to measure success, and report progress/issues to sponsors and steering committees.
Experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects and developing/delivering training programs.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

6-8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools.

MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
$110,000.00 - $158,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position.
This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
