About the role

  • Work with historical data and large amounts of relational SQL data.
  • Utilize version control Git and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.
  • Hybrid: Remote work permissible 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
  • Design and develop complex software applications for online securities broker.
  • Create front end UI components to support services tied to financial profile and trading permissions.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure consistent communication between UI and back-end systems.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, and three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer or related position developing applications with Java.
  • 3 years of experience with each of the following front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS.
  • 3 years of experience with SQL, Database design, and PL/SQL.
  • 3 years of design experience with REST and SOAP.

Skills

  • HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS.
  • 3 years of experience working with jQuery, JSON, and AJAX fundamentals.
  • 3 years of experience working with UNIX/Linux operating systems.

Compensation

  • This role's anticipated base salary range is $161,000.00 to 165,000.00 annually based on skill's and experience.
