About the role
- Adheres to Mary Lanning Healthcare's Standards of Behavior.
- Understanding of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations as related to outpatient regulations, quality, and risk.
- Identify and interpret data to determine positive and negative trends as well as gaps in quality performance in outpatient and clinic areas.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes data to drive process improvement in outpatient and clinic areas.
- Work closely with Inpatient Quality Coordinator to collaborate between outpatient, clinic and inpatient departments when needed.
- Review risk and patient safety data, occurrence reports and safety surveys for outpatient and clinic areas for opportunities for improvement and collaborate with clinic leadership.
- Oversees Value Based Contracts/Programs and collaborates with clinic leadership as well as coding/finance on a regular basis regarding quality data and financial incentives related to contracts/programs.
- Work closely with identified projects to develop and deploy work plans, improve patient safety and guide through change management.
