- The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAFe principles, solid understanding of the SDLC, and proven experience partnering with RTEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with RTE, POs, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events.
- Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement.
- Our global consulting firm combines creativity and innovative technology to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
- Through research and development initiatives in our FinLabs we develop solutions for modernization, from Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to Data Science models, Digital Underwriting, mobile-first applications and more.
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAFe processes and ceremonies.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.
Compensation

- The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
- In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
