The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAFe principles, solid understanding of the SDLC, and proven experience partnering with RTEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.

Partner with RTE, POs, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events.
Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
