About the role
- The HR Generalist will report to the Regional HR Manager.
- This position works full-time on-site daily in a dealership environment.
- The schedule is based on business need, generally Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- This position manages processes and activities related to full-cycle Human Resources that contribute to positive business results.
- The HR Partner is a leader of positive employee experiences and fosters employee engagement through support of the company culture programs.
- Initiates coaching and counseling to help managers proactively manage employee retention and performance.

Nice to have
- 2+ years of HR consulting and/or generalist experience
- Exposure to employment law and practices, resolving employee relations issues and using issues as opportunities to train towards best practices.
- Experience presenting, and outstanding communication.
