- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience/training
- The ability to work at various heights in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a maintenance leadership position in manufacturing
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
