About the role

SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint.
The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

The Legal Intern will assist SI-BONE's Legal Department in day-to-day contract management, document review, and corporate governance activities.
Classification, organization, and maintenance of legal documents and agreements within the company's online document repository, ensuring accurate categorization and version control
Review and summarization of internal corporate documents such as governance records

Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
The ideal candidate is a student with strong attention to detail and a passion for corporate and transactional law.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
Engaged in coursework or projects related to the industry or role is a plus.

Redlining and reviewing incoming agreements from third parties, identifying key issues and flagging areas of concern for attorney review

This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial agreements and corporate legal operations within a medical device company.
Drafting of a variety of commercial agreements including but not limited to Data Use Agreements (DUA), Healthcare Professional Agreements (HCP), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
