Responsibilities
- Define E2E solutions, test plans, solutions, and functioning as the business lead for ongoing and to-be-defined improvement projects
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the functional stakeholders in various business groups, IT and QA effected by to the quote-to-renewal systems and processes
- Provide level 2 support in commission processing, ad-hoc reporting,
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, with 5+ yrs related information systems experience
- Strong understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodologies
- Deep knowledge of business applications, with a focus on:
- Solid project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Xactly (web based Sales-comp calculation tool), and Oracle Financials 11i/R12 is strongly desired.
- Productive experience in a Team-oriented, Dynamic and highly collaborative work environment is a must.
