About the role

  • This role educates customers and sales representatives of current product offerings, contract pricing, and current promotions that are being offered.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and business ventures in order to answer inquiries or direct call to appropriate party.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • JDE experience is a plus

Compensation

  • The estimated pay range for this position is 48,000 to 60,000 annually.
  • The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
