Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to incoming leads, emails, and text messages
- Follow communication "word scripts" when working customer leads
- Maintain strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset
- Remain organized and manage tasks effectively
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
Nice to have
- Previous RV Sales experience is preferred
Skills
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Compensation
- The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $60,000 - $75,000 or more.
