About the role

Onsite Fort Wayne, IN or Fort Worth, TX - with 50%-75% Travel in the first year then 50% thereafter.
This is a revenue-driving leadership role combining strategic marketing vision with retail sales management accountability.

Partner with Fleet, Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership to influence asset acquisition, lifecycle planning, and disposal strategies.
Identify emerging market opportunities and develop long-term strategies that strengthen competitive positioning.
Develop and expand multi-channel remarketing strategies across retail, wholesale, and auction channels.
Establish and grow strategic partnerships with auction houses, dealers, and channel partners.
Monitor pricing trends, product mix, and market dynamics to optimize asset disposition outcomes.
Develop programs to identify new channel opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

12+ years progressive experience in fleet remarketing, channel sales leadership, or asset lifecycle management.
Experience leading leaders or multi-layer teams.
Advanced analytical capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

AAMVA certification.
Established industry relationships and channel partnershi
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards.
It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
