About the role
- The Events Manager will play a key role in executing our event strategy and delivering exceptional experiences that engage and inspire our target audiences.
- This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring alignment with business goals and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and other key stakeholders to maximize participation and support for events.
- Partner closely with the content and design teams develop compelling event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional emails, social media content, and signage, to drive attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event registration processes, manage attendee databases, and ensure seamless communication with participants before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality event production, audiovisual services, catering, and other necessary amenities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative event trends to enhance event experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software like Monday.com, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Take full ownership of event planning and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are consistently met with a high degree of accountability.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and management, including hands-on experience managing conferences and tradeshow sponsorships in a B2B or corporate environment.
