About the role
- Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity in Glendale, AZ.
- In this position you will be conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis as well as delivering exceptional guest services to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
- Maintain professional relationship with apartment community management and all staff.
Requirements
- Do you have housekeeping, quality inspection, hospitality and customer service experience?
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation
- $16k-$24k
