About the role

We are looking for a seasoned digital storyteller, PR practitioner and marketing content creator to help play an integral role within the marketing department of one of the world's fastest-growing communications technology companies.

Work with the brand management team on graphics, banners and other design content
Collaborate with internal content creators to refine complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content
Maintain version control and content tracking in CMS tools and project management platforms
Assist in developing and evolving editorial standards and processes

Previous PR and/or agency experience is a plus, as are skills in video editing and production.
This team member will also work well and thrive in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
This role will be based in our corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA.

A minimum of 5-7 years in corporate communications and a strong familiarity with the telecom industry and technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity and collaboration tools
Organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, active, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and priorities while maintaining a unified voice
Technology sector experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or related field.
