Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll lead smaller scale HR projects from concept through execution, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and provide the project management expertise needed to move critical initiatives forward.
  • You'll gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions while helping deliver projects that support both business objectives and employee success.
  • Lead HR projects with cross functional teams from planning through implementation and closure
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communication plans, stakeholder maps, and RAID logs
  • Support and consistent use of project management tools, methodologies, and processes
  • Build strong partnerships across teams and functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience including project coordination/management, preferably within Human Resources
  • Ability to work independently while also partnering effectively across teams
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Project management experience
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management tools, dashboards, and reporting practices
  • $70,800-$106,200.
