About the role
- This role helps ensure that new hires are effectively onboarded through structured training, department orientations, and fab bootcamp experiences, enabling a smooth transition to productivity.
- This role is part of the Global TPG WFD Team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to contribute to onboarding plans aligned to roles, functions, and business needs
- Use data and reports to monitor onboarding performance, identify areas for improvement, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to facilitate or support training in in-person and virtual settings
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, and work with diverse stakeholders
- Exposure to or interest in GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
