About the role

As a Fleet Dispatcher, you will be expected to execute the day to day activity of your assigned driver fleet.
This includes monitoring of the fleet, accurately distributing, receiving and updating information.
You would be responsible for identifying and participating in the resolution of issues relating to day to day activity of the Driver.

You must be well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness in carrying out daily activities.

Dispatch experience is required to be considered for this role.
Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.

Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, problem solving and planning abilities.
Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American geography are considered assets.
Able to quickly adapt to changes, shift focus, meet deadlines, and complete time-sensitive tasks.

This involves the transmitting and receiving of all information relevant to the driver/cartage company performing his/her duties within the Company and customer requirements.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time, on a daily or permanent basis (i.e. special projects, training seminars, weekend planning and other job related tasks).
