About the role
- As a Production Associate, you will help keep production running smoothly by packaging products, supporting the production line, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
- Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Support equipment checks and report any issues.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
- We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable Production Associate working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
