About the role
- WPES issues and programming are complex and constantly changing due to changes to provincial bargaining agreements, re-alignment of services/client care groups and the changing landscape of work.
Responsibilities
- The Associate works in close collaboration with the Specialists on the team to provide support for daily workforce planning & employment issues/challenges that arise.

- The Associate must have a broad understanding and sound knowledge of the various types of health care careers to effectively coordinate and plan programming, events and understand client needs.
- Knowledge of health service delivery in the province is also required.
