Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leaders to understand what exceptional looks like and find people we would never meet through inbound applications, traditional recruiting channels, or existing networks.
- Map the companies, teams, and communities producing exceptional engineers and build targeted strategies to reach them.
- Develop relationships with exceptional technical talent long before a role exists.
- Stay connected through conversations, introductions, referrals, events, and communities so that when hiring needs emerge, we're building activating via relationships rather than starting from scratch.
- Build systems, workflows, talent maps, and sourcing approaches that become more valuable over time.
- Together, we are building the world's most efficient sequencing engine that operates overnight, scales globally, and helps scientists make breakthroughs faster than ever before.
