About the role

  • As a Regional RN Trainer, you will play an essential role in providing specialized care to patients receiving infusions.
  • You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to administer medications, monitor patients' response to treatment, and ensure their overall well-being.
  • Training Specialist to act as designated trainer when onboarding new hires, new practices or re-training as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record in a accurate timely fashion.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

Requirements

  • Associates Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience inserting IV's and infusion experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience training team members.
  • Working knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding practices.

  • Responsible for reviewing diagnostic as well as laboratory data and report abnormal results to treating physician and/or other healthcare provider.
