About the role
- The Incentives and Recognition Coordinator will assist with the development and execution of all recognition programs and projects to our field agents and their individual base shops.

Responsibilities
- Create standard operation procedures (SOP's) for ordering and archiving recognition list
- Assist departmental leader to develop and adhere to budgets
- Manage online retail store
- Procure for, prepare, plan, and manage any company off-site pop-up stores
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recognition or equivalent in recognition efforts through Direct Selling
- Self-starter and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience in retail sales a plus
