About the role
- Makes decisions with minimal input and guidance.
- Seeks input from Peak Leadership and other experts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders to develop practical strategies to ensure successful program implementation while supporting stakeholder objectives.
- Develops capabilities, systems, standards and processes to maintain compliance with EH&S regulations with input from key stakeholders.
- Improves the EH&S culture by working cross-functionally with colleagues and senior leaders to build a culture that embraces proactivity and integrates EHS processes into the business.
Requirements
- The first approximately six months will primarily be based in Burlingame, CA to support manufacturing ramp-up, with periodic travel to Burlingame required thereafter.
- Develops, implements, and continuously improves EHS policies, standards and procedures required to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Develops and delivers meaningful and relevant EH&S training as required by internal and external requirements.
