Requirements
- 1-3 years Customer service or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
- A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
- Well organized, self-motivated, desire to succeed, team oriented, adaptable and detail oriented.
- Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
Nice to have
- Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.

Compensation
- $20.10 - $26.78 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
