About the role
- This structure helps reduce uncertainty and allows individuals to better understand how care progresses over time.
- The Executive Director is responsible for program development and meeting best practice guidelines for all licensing/accreditation.

Responsibilities
- At our rehab center in Dallas, treatment for addictions is designed to guide individuals through different phases of recovery with clarity and intention.
- Rather than focusing only on stopping substance use, our addiction treatment approach supports long-term change by helping individuals rebuild stability, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.
- This position supports provision of direct services as needed and develops procedures in response to contractual and state guidelines with oversight of compliance.
- Collaborates with Human Resources on staffing, employee relations, and performance coaching of employees.
Nice to have
- Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) license, preferred
Compensation
