About the role
- The VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System is seeking Podiatrist (Supervisory Dentist) for the South Enterprise VA Clinic in Corpus Christi, TX.
- The Supervisor serves as a practicing dentist performing a full range of general dental procedures for commonly encountered dental diseases, conditions, and restorative needs.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience directing dental staff, overseeing clinical operations, mentoring providers, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Degree as a doctor of podiatric medicine, or its equivalent, from a school of podiatric medicine approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
- VA Podiatrists involved in academic training programs may be required to be board certified for faculty status.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with VHA policies, infection control standards, patient safety requirements, documentation expectations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participation in or leadership of performance improvement, process redesign, or clinical program development, demonstrating the ability to enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, or clinic productivity.
Compensation
- $250k-$300k
