Provide a high level of team support, coach, and mentor team members.
Develop employees by effectively measuring performance and engaging team members in developmental activities.
Drive onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer of team members.
Identify and implement changes and corrections to system(s); maintain accurate vendor data.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and projects for all processes owned by the team.

5 years' experience: operations and/or administration experience, including employee and/or vendor support

Supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
Knowledge of human resources concepts
Knowledge of performance management and measurement techniques
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Supervisory and leadership skills
Customer service and problem resolution skills

Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $65,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience.
