- They thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and know how to keep cross-functional initiatives moving forward across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the senior Agency Partnership lead in managing strategic relationships across major agency holding companies and key agency partners
- Drive operational rigor across partnership initiatives, including meeting follow-ups, action tracking, governance processes, and executive communications
- Commercial & Strategic Support
- Maintain visibility into partnership pipelines, joint business plans, account priorities, and key milestones
- Support planning and coordination for agency leadership meetings, offsites, industry events, and client engagements
- Serve as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external agency partners
- Employee resource groups designed to connect people across all MiQ regions, drive action, and support our communities
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in partnership operations, business operations, sales strategy, account management, media, advertising, or agency environments
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools

Compensation

- This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $140,000- $180,000.
