Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and workflows using Azure DevOps, ARM templates/Bicep, PowerShell, or similar tools.
  • Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity management, network security, and compliance controls.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application deployment, integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Access to resources, training, and mentorship to support your professional growth.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Required for This Opportunity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • This role requires deep expertise in Azure architecture, networking, automation, and security, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges in a Top Secret environment.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and integration with on-premises systems.

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Azure Administrator Associate
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles and identity-driven security models.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation

  • At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.The targeted base salary range for this role is $121,000-$182,000 per year.
