Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for both highly technical R&D (Engineering, Product) and GTM (Sales, Marketing) organizations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess candidates for both technical capability and startup resilience.
