About the role
- ALSO is looking for a Technical Program Manager responsible for driving battery modules end to end from concept/proto development phase through mass production.
- The salary for this position ranges from $180,000 - $215,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location.

Responsibilities
- Together we're working hands-on to imagine, design and build an entirely new solution to a global set of transportation challenges.
Compensation
- As a Technical Program Manager, you'll use your product development expertise to lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from start to finish, managing battery programs across multiple product lines.
- You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules including design, release, builds, test and make decisions to unblock development, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Drive the planning and implementation of customer features with the cross-functional teams to hit roadmap goals, tracking progress, analyzing risks, resolve execution issues and communicating status.
- Develop and manage battery program schedules, technical issues, design release management, certification, manufacturing, and resource needs with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Manage communication of progress/status with stakeholders and leadership in various locations and time zones, own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams
- Identify and solve the top program blockers and adapt lean processes to the organization.
