- Translating business questions and complex marketing data into clear, concise insights and deliverables that support timely, data-informed decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, data analysis or performance reporting in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years of experience working with data to generate insights, recommendations, dashboards and business performance reporting
- Five (5) years of experience with Power BI
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, analytics, data science, or a related discipline
- Experience in performance measurement or insight generation in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience with DAX and SQL
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics, CDP, and broader enterprise data environments
- Understanding of digital marketing data flows across platforms and channels
- Familiarity with modeling techniques, including attribution, marketing mix modeling, segmentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Compensation
- Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
