About the role

We pride ourselves on creating an exciting, high-energy environment where clients can discover the joy of dance.
Because we primarily work around the busy schedules of adult professionals, our studio operating hours are from 1:15 PM to 10:00 PM.
This is a dynamic, active, "on-your-feet" position.

Assist new clients in selecting the best enrollment packages to meet their goals and manage scheduling/accounts.
Maintain an upbeat, positive atmosphere in the studio and assist with studio events, parties, and local brand promotions.
Collaborate with the leadership team to help expand the Fred Astaire brand presence in the Kansas City area.
Commit to ongoing professional development to continually advance your own dance knowledge, technique, and teaching theory.

You will welcome new clients, handle front-facing customer service, and work hands-on with beginners to teach them their very first set of introductory dance lessons. No prior dance instruction experience is required.
Ability to connect with diverse groups of people, make them feel at ease, and clearly explain studio programs.
