About the role
- Threat Tec is hiring Support Staff Analysts across OPFOR Work Areas Alpha/Bravo/Charlie/Delta to plan, execute, and assess OPFOR operations during MCTP events.
Responsibilities
- Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking
- develop inputs to OPORDs/FRAGOs and reporting.
- Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools
- Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of staff experience at brigade/division (operations, plans, intel, fires, sustainment, or protection).
- Familiarity with decisive action scenarios and Army/Joint planning processes (MDMP/JOPP).
