Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary
  • Self-starter with strong team leadership and problem-solving skills, the aptitude to think independently, and the motivation to work with multiple teams in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Base Compensation Range:
  • $90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Nice to have

  • Workday or Essbase experience

Compensation

  • $90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually.
  • This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position.
  • Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
  • This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

  • Play a key role in maintaining the monthly operational procedures for BREIT fund ensuring efficiency and scalability with the month-end close process.
  • Lead month-end close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
