About the role
- Working closely with Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment teams, this role coordinates cross-functional resources to keep projects on track from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
- The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for project governance, providing clients and internal stakeholders with consistent visibility into status, risks, and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for complex implementation engagements, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting as needed.
- Manage project scope and change control, identifying and resolving scope deviations in collaboration with technical and client stakeholders.
- Maintain project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing milestones, and revenue recognition activities.
- Support client relationship management throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring expectations are clearly set and met.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives and overall organizational priorities.
- All stages of recruitment decisions are lead by people, including our qualified acquisition team and our experienced hiring managers.
Requirements
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for enterprise-scale implementations.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs.
- Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), especially with Versaterm RMS is strongly preferred.
- Experience using AI tools as part of daily support workflows to enhance productivity, improve response quality, and support continuous learning.
- Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment. The starting salary for this position will be dependent upon many factors, such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, education, training as well as internal equity, market data, and business needs. In addition to base salary and our comprehensive benefits offering, some roles may also be eligible for variable compensation such as incentive plans or discretionary performance bonuses.

- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment Specialists, to align work efforts and timelines.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining action logs and escalating as appropriate.
- Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, and governance forums with internal and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to the refinement of project management tools, templates, and processes used across the implementation team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Background in public safety, government technology, or mission-critical enterprise software is strongly preferred.
- Specialist-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
